Meet Blake Suarez: Murrieta’s Rising Taekwondo Star Kicking Toward a World Title

At just eight years old, Blake Suarez is turning heads in the competitive world of martial arts—and she’s only just begun. A dedicated student at Giordano’s ATA Martial Arts in Murrieta, Blake has already earned four state titles and two district championships in taekwondo. Now, she's gearing up for her next major milestone: earning her black belt and setting her sights on an ATA World Title.

Blake began training at age four, and over the past four years, she’s shown a level of focus, discipline, and commitment that far exceeds her age. Watching her train at Giordano’s ATA, it’s clear—she’s not just working toward her next belt. She’s building the mindset and skillset of a future champion.

While she trains at Giordano’s ATA, Blake also receives support from CAPA Athletics—a nonprofit organization that helps young martial artists like her pursue their competitive goals. CAPA plays a vital role in assisting with the costs associated with high-level competition, including tournament fees, gear, travel, and more.

“Blake’s determination is inspiring,” says one of her instructors. “She puts in the work every single day, and she’s got her eyes on the prize—a world title in ATA competition.”

How to Support Blake Suarez

To continue climbing the ranks and represent Murrieta on the world stage, Blake is seeking sponsorships for the 2025–2026 tournament season. Community members and businesses can get involved in two ways:

  • For sponsorships or to support her competitive journey, contact CAPA Athletics directly.

  • To learn more about Blake’s training or to inquire about classes, reach out to Giordano’s ATA Martial Arts via Instagram @giordanosata.

Let’s rally around this fierce young athlete as she continues to rise through the ranks. Blake Suarez isn’t just a local talent—she’s a future world contender, and Murrieta has the privilege of watching her journey unfold.
