We love starting off the New Year with some lifestyle changes, a clear mind, & a recharged spirit. Jen Fox-Armstrong is a licensed acupuncturist & herbalist based in Temecula, CA whose decided to start exploring her holistic knowledge with our viewers in a new series called Holistic Hacks. She's taking an old book of holistic remedies & testing out which ones work & which ones are a no-go. Stay tuned.
