14-Year-Old Chase Brennan Takes the Podium in the U.S. & 3rd in the WORLD! | LGTV News

🏁 From Winchester, California to the world stage! This week on LGTV News, we sit down with 14-year-old motocross racer Chase Brennan, who is coming off two incredible performances on two very different stages. Chase recently competed at the 45th Annual AMA Amateur National Motocross Championship at Loretta Lynn’s, where he earned a podium finish — one of the biggest accomplishments in amateur motocross in the United States. Then he took his racing international, representing the U.S. at the FIM Junior Motocross World Championship in the Czech Republic, where he finished 3rd in the world. We talk with Chase about the races, the pressure of competing against some of the best young riders in the world, what it took to get here, and what’s next for this rising Winchester motocross racer. Watch the full conversation on LGTV News and meet one of Southern California’s young athletes making some serious noise in motocross. #ChaseBrennan #Motocross #LGTVNews #TheLocalGist #TemeculaValley

8 Weeks In… Is It Actually Working? | The Joy Project Ep. 105

Eight weeks into The Joy Project, it’s time to check in — but this time, we’re taking the conversation outside. For Episode 105, Laura Reed joins us virtually from the rock garden at her home in Anza, California, while Jenn Boutelle returns as our volunteer from Harveston Lake in Temecula**. Instead of sitting still with the hard questions, Laura and Jenn explore what happens when we move through them — literally. Using nature and movement as the setting for reflection, they look back at the first eight weeks of the journey and have an open conversation about "what’s working, what isn’t, and what may still need attention." Along the way, we explore the symbolism of fire and water, shadow work, movement, reflection, and transformation — and how our surroundings can give us a different perspective on the emotions and experiences we’re carrying. This episode is an eight-week milestone for our first season and a chance to reflect on the journey so far — not from the finish line, but from right in the middle of it. What has changed? What hasn’t? And what happens when we give ourselves the space to keep moving through it? Join us for Episode 105 of The Joy Project with Laura Reed. The Joy Project documents personal experiences and conversations around emotional wellness and alternative approaches to healing. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, or replace professional mental health care. #TheJoyProject #LauraReed #TheLocalGist #MentalWellness #ShadowWork #HealingJourney #Temecula
